  the easiest to use would be an air controlled press but that would be way more money. any hydraulic press will work

  I made my own.
  All you need is 2 pieces of 4"x2" structural steel channel, 2x 30mm threaded bars for the uprights,
  a hydraulic bottle jack and some 50x10 steel flat for the tooling.
  Not as pretty as a commercial job but far cheaper and it works ok.
