Fri, June 9, 2006 - 11:23 AMYes, I just got one and used it at PDF the Regional Burning Man event in the NE. I love it. It's structural and provides a lot more height than a dome of the same diameter. Unfortunately they can't get too big, but they can be added on to pretty easily and have a lot of potential. They go up as easy as the website says too. My camp for BM is gettting a few and then stretching shade cloth between them for a large communal shade structure.
I think these are great.

Fri, June 9, 2006 - 5:35 PMa friend of mine just got two sets...i'm not sure if the hubs are exactly the same (company, design, etc...), but they are for the same type of structure: 25 2x2,4, or 6s of equal length to make an icosahedron...
we're using them to make a kitchen at North Country Fair next weeend...i'll keep y'all posted on how it goes.

too bad the joints come in a pre-determined kit, though.... and looks like they only make them for a simple 1v structure.
